The Barlow’s newest Privilege Partners include a homeopathic tea shop, a vintage book and print shop and an equestrian riding academy. A diverse group of businesses to appeal to an ever increasingly diverse group of tourists visiting Hudson.
Watson’s Cabinet, located at 416 Warren Street, sells therapeutic teas, herbs, and supplements and provides acupuncture services as well. Owners Clive and Jill Tucker named the shop after one of their beloved cats and did most of the renovation work personally. They are very excited about their new venture. Watson’s Cabinet is a welcome addition to Hudson and we pleased they reached out to The Barlow to become a Privileges Partner.
If you’re a fan of classic pulp novels like Logan’s Run or many of Frank Herbert’s sci-fi novels (think Dune) then a stop at Hudson Vintage Pulp and Rocket Works is definitely in order. HVPRW is open on weekends and by appointment during the week, but if you miss your chance to stop in while in town the shop also offers an Etsy Store. In addition to vintage books the shop also sells historic prints and memorabilia from the golden age of the automobile. HVPRW is a fun new stop on Warren Street and we know guests of The Barlow are going to think so too.
While located only a short drive from Hudson, Aubrey House Farm offers lessons to riders of all levels and ages from first timers to the most advanced. With both indoor and outdoor facilities AHF is a family friendly year round activity center. During the warmer months the Farm provides breathtaking riding trails that are sure to create memories that will last a lifetime. Aubrey House Farm is a unique addition to The Barlow Privilege Partners Program and one that we are sure guests will be thrilled to visit.
The Barlow is so pleased to welcome these three outstanding businesses not only to the Privileges Partners Program but to Hudson and Columbia County. We appreciate the partnership and wish each of them every success. You can find the out more about The Barlow Privileges Partners Program here.
